SECOND PRESENTATION

Slab track IVES: Superstructure upgrade during short track possessions

Due to the ongoing success of railways as means of public transport and cargo, lines are busier than ever. This leads to a decrease in time for rehabilitation and maintenance. The solution is: faster construction in short track possessions. Rhomberg Sersa has been constructing slab track for more than 25 years. This vast experience was put into the development of the IVES slab track system. This session will introduce the system, present long-term studies and give space for open discussions.
